Welcome to Sheridan Traders. We are an online marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Sheridan Traders e-commerce store.
The Sheridan Traders reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
- Account: To access certain services offered by the platform, we may require that you create an account with us. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete at all times. You are obligated to update details about your account in real time by accessing your account online. For pieces of information you are not able to update by accessing Your Account on the Site, you must inform us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org assist you with these changes. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without prior notice to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification, password, account details and related private information.
- Payment Gateway: You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated therein at any time from any location using a payment method of your choice. You further agree and acknowledge that we are only a facilitator and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the Site or on a payment gateway as made available to you by an independent service provider. You acknowledge and undertake that you are transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the Site.
- Delivery Method: All items/Products/parcels will be sent through our delivery partner Pakistan POST.
- Delay in Delivery: If your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us.
- Communicate with us: When you visit the Site, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the Site or by any other mode of communication we choose to employ. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, order verification and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website (and/or placement of your order) and agree to treat all modes of communication with the same importance.
- Return: If your product is defective or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us through email or WhatsApp so we can properly guide you. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms below.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a Sheridan Standard packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- Burn, damaged & Used Items are not applicable for return.
- Items fall in non-return category will also be not applicable for return. So kindly read items description carefully.
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
- Refund: If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed. (For quality check timelines refer table below)

- Amendments in T&C: We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, its policies, these terms and conditions and any other publicly displayed condition or service promise at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you used the Site unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
- Waiver: You acknowledge and recognize that we are a private commercial enterprise and reserve the right to conduct business to achieve our objectives in a manner we deem fit. You also acknowledge that if you breach the conditions stated on our Site and we take no action, we are still entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Sheridan Traders aims to provide best Wholesale Rates or Percentage to Companies, Vendors & Retailers. Following conditions should be followed to gain this advantage:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): should be 50 units at least or equal to amount of MOQ. Also MOQ will be sort out according to value of Product. Order more quantity getting more discounts.
- Registration: is mandatory to enter this program. A data will be maintained by us & Vendor Deals will be offering every end of the fiscal year. For registration simple email us on email@example.com.
- Payment: 50% amount should transfer through bank transfer & remaining 50% on COD. Policy will not change in any condition. Credit is not in our policy. & for international Customers 100% transfer through Bank.
- Order Processing: After receiving advance amount within 10 to 15 day order will be delivered. Any unfortunate situation which delays order will be communicated to buyer accordingly.
- Market Research: We can arrange items which is not present at our website. Item name & Proper description should be email to us & our team will search out for this item. We will try to provide you Best rates & quality product. We also have best manufactures so item can be molded according to your description.
- Sample: can order through our Website if the required item is present in our category or else we will send item after confirmation & verification by you through COD.
- Delivery Method: Two methods will be followed. First through Pakistan Post & Second through Bulti. Pakistan post will deliver to your doorstep we will provide you Tracking ID. Bulti terms & condition will be share accordingly. We will try to facilitate you at our maximum capacity.
- Shipping Cost: bearable by user end. Waived will be consider according to product value & MOQ.
- Return & Exchange: All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If item is not according to your requirements please don’t buy or place order.
- Order Cancellation: is acceptable in condition of 15% penalty on total order amount. Amount will be deducted in advance amount. Only order under process & not delivered can be change according to new Invoice without any penalties.
- Return Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

- Discounts: At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer.
